- Confirm the email address used for the account.
- Check whether the active store is the expected one.

- Magic link problems usually start with the wrong inbox, spam filtering, or an outdated email address.
- Store context issues happen when the dashboard is open in the wrong store.
- VIP tool issues usually come from store-specific tier access rather than a broken account.
- Disconnected store notices mean the dashboard may redirect you to the default store.
